London, 26 July 2026 — City of London Finance Initiative Ltd (CLFI) and Birkbeck, University of London have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore collaboration in executive education and professional development.
The agreement brings together CLFI’s focus on applied finance and governance education with Birkbeck’s long-standing academic tradition and experience in flexible learning.
The two organisations will explore opportunities connected with CLFI’s Executive Certificate in Corporate Finance, Valuation & Governance, alongside wider areas of shared interest in executive education. Potential areas of cooperation include academic and practitioner contributions, educational events, short courses, professional credentials, and future international initiatives.
The relationship reflects a shared interest in developing learning that combines academic perspective with practical relevance for professionals, business leaders, and organisations.
