1. Programme Eligibility
Participants should have at least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field such as finance, administration, strategy, operations, or governance. While a degree is not mandatory, applicants are expected to demonstrate a working proficiency in English and strong professional motivation. The organisation reserves the right to evaluate suitability based on submitted information.
2. Certificate of Completion
Participants who successfully complete all course content and meet the participation requirements will receive a certificate of attendance and completion. This is a non-credit bearing, non-degree professional certificate.
3. Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required to confirm enrolment. Fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted, except in cases where the programme is cancelled or rescheduled by the provider. In such cases, participants may be offered a refund or deferral.
4. Programme Access & Format
Online programme participants will receive access to the learning materials for a period of three (3) months for individual enrolments, and between four (4) and twelve (12) months for corporate enrolments, depending on the applicable tier. For hybrid and in-presence formats, participants will receive detailed schedules upon confirmation. The provider reserves the right to update programme content and structure without prior notice to ensure relevance and quality.
5. Data Use & Privacy
By registering, participants agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will only be used for programme delivery, communication, and service improvement.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully. The provider reserves the right to remove any participant found to be in violation of conduct expectations, without refund.
Terms and Conditions of Complimentary Course Access
City of London Finance Initiative Ltd (CLFI)

1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the complimentary access to the CLFI executive education programme (“Programme”) provided to partners, collaborators, or contributors selected by CLFI (“Participants”). By accepting access to the Programme, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Access and Use
Participants are granted time-limited, non-exclusive access to the specified course materials solely for personal or internal professional use in the geographical territory in which the Participant resides at the time of being granted access. Access may not be transferred, sublicensed, or used for commercial resale or redistribution. Course credentials and access rights are issued on a strictly personal basis. They are nominal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, assigned, or resold to any other individual or organisation.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, including but not limited to videos, slides, case studies, models, and assessments, is the intellectual property of CLFI and is protected by the copyright and intellectual property laws of England and Wales.
Participants shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or publicly display any part of the content without prior written consent from CLFI.
CLFI warrants that it owns or possesses rights to all copyrights, licenses, and similar rights necessary to provide access to the Programme to the Participants. Except as stated herein, CLFI makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, concerning the fitness of the Programme for a particular purpose, any of which are hereby disclaimed.
4. Respect for Copyright and Conduct
Participants agree not to infringe on any intellectual property rights associated with the Programme or otherwise engage in conduct that would violate applicable copyright, trademark, or confidentiality laws. Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access.
5. Attribution and Promotional Use
CLFI reserves the right to refer to Participants or their organisation (whether identified as “partner”, “client”, or “collaborator”) in promotional materials, including on its website, brochures, reports, or media, for the purposes of showcasing the reach and relevance of its training programmes.
This may include display of the Participant organisation’s logo unless an explicit written objection is submitted in advance. CLFI commits to using such references accurately and with professionalism.
6. Termination
CLFI reserves the right to revoke access at any time in the event of breach of these Terms or at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
